I can’t stand politics either, mostly because I’ve seen too many make promises just to get elected, and then don’t follow through with them. Our allegiance is supposed to be to His Kingdom first, this world’s kingdoms second. When we get that out of balance, we cease to put him first and, in some cases, start believing that the right candidate will “save” us from what’s going on in our country.
